Not at all. If you’ve got any screens that are outside the window you’ll have to remove them, but that’s it. We’ve got the equipment to access most windows (including those on decks) from outside the house.

We’ve found that windows don’t get dirty after rain. The dried droplets you see is actually dirt that has been splashed around, a clean window will dry clean after rain.

That being said, some properties are unsafe to access during rain so we’ll reach out if we need to reschedule.

It’s a technique you may not have seen much of if you’re not in the industry, however it has been in use with great results for over 20 years.

A brush with an attached hose is used to agitate dirt which is then washed off with purified water. As the water has had all natural and added minerals removed, there’s nothing to create water spots when it dries, leaving you with a clean window and great views.

It's a regular window cleaning for a property that's been consistently cleaned, or normal pricing. New builds or first time cleans may require a bit of extra love to get that glass squeaky clean.
